The problem
Two audiences who must not see the same thing
A business brokerage serves two sides at once. Buyers want to browse what is for sale in detail. Sellers want discretion, because a leaked sale process unsettles staff, customers and suppliers.
That tension shapes everything. Listings have to be public enough to attract buyers and vague enough to protect the seller, with the detail released only to someone who has registered and identified themselves.
