The problem
Selling toys to parents, not to children
The catalogue spans soft toys, ride-ons, drawing tablets and collector building sets, which is a wide range with no single obvious navigation. The buyer is a parent making a judgement about safety and quality for someone else, usually against a deadline like a birthday.
That means two things the storefront has to do quickly: get them to the right category, and answer the trust question before they have to ask it.
